Cancellation Policy
— If you cancel prior to 72 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.
— Unfortunately we can not refund any cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
— If you are more than 5 minutes late, it will be considered a late cancellation and subject to our cancellation policy
— If you are a minute or two late, we will do our best to accommodate you but the end-time of your apt cannot be adjusted, since others will be waiting their turn.
–Because photos are delivered electronically, no refunds will be issued after photos are posted/delivered.
